The program runs from September 2026 through January 5, 2027, giving customers the opportunity to receive instant rewards and participate in a range of prizes through transactions at participating outlets and areas.

Under the “Free Entry. No Minimum Charge.” concept, the program offers various prizes, including cash, shopping vouchers, savings vouchers, staycation packages, round-trip airline tickets, and exclusive #KUTAKITA merchandise.

General Manager of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Luis Daniel Garcia, said the program was introduced as a form of appreciation for guests and customers who choose to spend their time at the hotel, mall, and entertainment area.

He said the total prize value of up to Rp750 million was expected to serve as an appreciation for customer trust and loyalty while encouraging more people to experience the various offerings available at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Discovery Mall Bali, and #KUTAKITA.

Customers can take part in the program while dining, shopping, relaxing, or enjoying Bali’s sunset atmosphere. Each transaction at participating outlets provides an opportunity to receive rewards or enter the prize program, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Prize validation and redemption are available at the Reception of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Bali or the Customer Service counter in the lobby area of Discovery Mall Bali.

The Instant Rewards program will run until January 5, 2027, and is available at participating outlets and areas.
