SMK TI Bali Global Badung Hosts Job & Education Fair 2026, Offers 86 Job Vacancies

BALINEWSID.COM, BADUNG – SMK TI Bali Global Badung reaffirmed its commitment to supporting vocational education and workforce absorption by organizing the Job & Education Fair 2026 on March 2–3, 2026. The event took place at the school’s campus on Jalan Tibungsari, Dalung, North Kuta, Badung.

Carrying the theme “Discover Career Acceleration and Be Job-Ready,” the two-day event brought together 15 companies from various sectors, six higher education institutions, and several Job Training Centers (LPK). A total of 86 job vacancies were made available for graduates and alumni.

Principal I Made Indra Aribawa said the Job Fair is part of the school’s strategic program to support government policies in vocational education and employment.

“This Job Fair is a concrete effort to increase the employability of vocational school graduates and to strengthen synergy between educational institutions and the business and industrial sectors,” he said during the opening ceremony, which was held alongside the launch of Toskafesti for the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to him, the event aims to facilitate graduates and alumni in accessing job opportunities, bridge the gap between industry labor needs and graduate competencies, reduce unemployment among vocational school graduates, and enhance the quality and competitiveness of graduates in line with market demands.

The Job Fair was held from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Central Indonesia Time (WITA), while the Toskafesti series of student creativity and competition events will continue until March 6, 2026.

Chairman of the Bali Global Denpasar Education Foundation, Dr. Dadang Hermawan, described the Job Fair as a strategic platform to connect industry needs with job seekers.

He added that job opportunities are not limited to the domestic market but are also widely available abroad, including in Japan, South Korea, Germany, and Taiwan, which require skilled young workers. He encouraged graduates to seize opportunities to work, pursue higher education, or start their own businesses.

Meanwhile, Head of the Manpower Placement and Job Opportunity Expansion Division of the Badung Regency Industry and Manpower Office, Dr. Ni Putu Widyanti, welcomed the implementation of the Job Fair and Toskafesti 2026.
