BALINEWSID.COM, DENPASAR – Commission II of the Bali Regional House of Representatives (DPRD Bali) has praised the performance of PT Jaminan Kredit Daerah (Jamkrida) Bali Mandara after the regional credit guarantee company recorded strong financial growth in the first half of 2026.
Jamkrida Bali posted revenue of Rp56.53 billion during the first half of 2026, representing a 33 percent increase compared with the same period last year.
Chairman of Commission II, Agung Bagus Pratiksa Linggih, said the positive performance could not be separated from the leadership of Jamkrida Bali President Director Anak Agung Ngurah Adhi Ardhana.
Linggih said Adhi Ardhana had demonstrated his ability to manage the regional-owned company despite public doubts that had previously emerged over his political background.
“He has proven the public’s doubts about him wrong,” Linggih, popularly known as Ajus, said at the Bali DPRD building on Monday (Aug. 10, 2026).
He stressed that a person’s background should not be the primary basis for assessing the performance of a regional-owned enterprise. Instead, the assessment should be based on predetermined targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
“Whoever holds the position, the responsibility remains the same. The KPIs remain the same, and the expected performance remains the same,” he said.
Amid the company’s positive performance, Linggih called on Jamkrida Bali to further strengthen its role as a business partner for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly by helping business owners gain better access to financing.
He said the company’s role in providing credit guarantees was important in supporting MSMEs that face difficulties accessing formal financing.
In addition to recording revenue growth, Jamkrida Bali reported a 29.10 percent claims ratio during the first half of 2026.
The figure indicates that the company’s guarantee portfolio and risk exposure remain under control, according to the assessment presented by the company.
Commission II expects Jamkrida Bali to maintain its positive performance in the second half of the year while expanding its contribution to MSMEs and supporting Bali’s broader economic growth.
