Denpasar Immigration Brings PASPORIA Service Closer to the Public

BALINEWSID.COM, DENPASAR – The Class I Immigration Office with Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Denpasar launched its PASPORIA (Sunday Passport Service) program at Plaza Renon, Denpasar, on Sunday (July 5, 2026), providing residents with easier, faster, and more convenient passport services over the weekend.

The initiative is part of the Immigration Office’s commitment to bringing public services closer to the community by offering passport applications outside regular working days.

For the event, the office allocated 50 passport service slots, consisting of 40 appointments booked through the M-Paspor application and 10 walk-in registrations available directly at the venue. The additional quota was designed to expand public access to passport services and accommodate residents with urgent travel document needs.

The program attracted strong public interest from early Sunday morning, with many residents taking advantage of the opportunity to process their passports without waiting for weekdays. The entire service process was conducted smoothly and orderly, supported by immigration officers who provided professional, friendly, and efficient assistance in accordance with public service standards.

R. Haryo Sakti, Head of the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office, said PASPORIA reflects the institution’s commitment to delivering more accessible and citizen-oriented immigration services.

“Through PASPORIA, we want to make it easier for people to obtain passport services without having to wait for working days. The spirit of Immigration for the People serves as the foundation of our commitment to providing fast, convenient, and people-centered services. We hope this initiative will bring tangible benefits to the public while improving customer satisfaction with immigration services,” he said.
