Pertamina Prioritizes Fuel Stations and Boosts 24-Hour Supply to Address Bali Shortages

BALINEWSID.COM, DENPASAR — PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus is accelerating efforts to restore fuel supplies in Bali by optimizing distribution around the clock and prioritizing deliveries to selected fuel stations.

The efforts were reinforced by the arrival of the tanker MT Klasogun, carrying supplies of Pertalite and Biosolar, at the Sanggaran Fuel Terminal (FT) on Tuesday morning, October 13, 2026. The fuel products were expected to begin distribution by midday.

Ahad Rahedi, Area Manager for Communication, Relations and CSR at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus, said distribution arrangements were being adjusted to meet the needs of individual fuel stations and respond to conditions on the ground.

“We are optimizing deliveries by taking into account the needs of each fuel station while maintaining a continuous 24-hour supply. Through these measures, we hope to restore fuel services to the public more quickly,” Ahad said in a written statement on Tuesday.

He explained that prioritizing certain fuel stations was part of the company’s operational strategy to ensure that distribution was better targeted and aligned with public demand.

The arrival of MT Klasogun is expected to increase supplies of Pertalite and Biosolar, helping meet fuel station demand as efforts to restore distribution across Bali continue.

In addition to optimizing supplies, Pertamina Patra Niaga has resumed coordination with the Bali Provincial Government to provide updates on the latest conditions on the ground. The discussions also covered plans for the Bali governor to visit fuel stations.

Pertamina urged the public to remain calm and purchase fuel according to their needs to help ensure smooth distribution. Residents were also advised to obtain information through Pertamina’s official communication channels.
