Hutama Karya Offers Health Services, 10% Toll Discount for National Customer Day

BALINEWSID.COM, JAKARTA – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) marked National Customer Day 2026 by providing free health checks, vitamin kits, merchandise, and a 10% toll discount for road users across several toll roads under its management.

The customer appreciation program, held on Friday (Sept. 4, 2026), carried the theme “Serving Wholeheartedly” and was conducted simultaneously at rest areas and toll gates across the Jakarta region, southern, central and northern Sumatra, as well as the Betung–Tempino–Jambi toll road corridor.

Hutama Karya management directly interacted with road users while also inspecting operational readiness and service posts at several locations.

As part of the appreciation program, the company distributed electronic money cards loaded with balance, special-edition Mozy toll sticks, vitamin kits, coffee, snacks and exclusive merchandise.

Rest Area KM 234 on the A Lane of the Terbanggi Besar–Pematang Panggang–Kayu Agung Toll Road served as the main venue for the program. Regional heads also acted as company spokespersons in their respective areas.

Hutama Karya Director of Operations III Iwan Hermawan said National Customer Day provided an opportunity for the company to get closer to road users and listen directly to their experiences and feedback.

“National Customer Day is a momentum for us to get closer to our customers, listen to their experiences, and ensure that our services continue to develop according to their needs. We embody the spirit of serving wholeheartedly through safe, comfortable, responsive services that provide direct benefits throughout the journey,” Iwan said.

Hutama Karya also provided free health screening services at several rest areas, particularly amid weather conditions associated with the El Niño phenomenon that could affect travelers’ health.

In the Southern Sumatra region, free health checks, vitamin kits and Mozy merchandise were provided at Rest Area KM 234 on the A Lane of the Terbanggi Besar–Kayu Agung Toll Road and Rest Area KM 56 on the A Lane of the Indralaya–Prabumulih Toll Road.

Merchandise was also distributed at the Palembang Toll Gate on the Palembang–Indralaya Toll Road and the Bengkulu Toll Gate on the Bengkulu–Taba Penanjung Toll Road.

In Central Sumatra, free health checks, vitamin kits and Mozy merchandise were available at Rest Area KM 45 on the A Lane of the Pekanbaru–Dumai Toll Road, Rest Area KM 36 on the A Lane of the Pekanbaru–Bangkinang Toll Road, and Rest Area KM 23 on the A Lane of the Sicincin–Padang Toll Road. Merchandise was also distributed at the Padang Toll Gate.

In Northern Sumatra, free health screening services and merchandise were provided at Rest Area KM 41 on the B Lane of the Binjai–Langsa Toll Road and Rest Area KM 145 on the B Lane of the Indrapura–Kisaran Toll Road.

Meanwhile, in the Betung–Tempino–Jambi region, free health checks were available at Rest Area KM 42 on the B Lane, while merchandise was distributed at the Pijoan Toll Gate.

In the Jakarta region, merchandise was distributed at the Dukuh 3 Toll Gate on the Jakarta Outer Ring Road Section S and the Koja Barat Toll Gate on the Tanjung Priok Access Toll Road.

The Mozy merchandise also served as part of the company’s campaign to encourage users to utilize the Mozy application. The application provides toll tariff information, traffic conditions through CCTV, locations of rest areas and gas stations, as well as emergency assistance services.

The National Customer Day campaign was also accompanied by a 10% toll discount for the longest-distance trips for all vehicle classes.

The discount is valid from 7:00 a.m. on September 4, 2026, until 7:00 a.m. on September 6, 2026, provided users pay with an electronic money card containing sufficient balance.

The discount applies to several toll roads, including the Terbanggi Besar–Pematang Panggang–Kayu Agung, Palembang–Indralaya, Indralaya–Prabumulih, Bengkulu–Taba Penanjung, Padang–Sicincin, Pekanbaru–Dumai, Pekanbaru–XIII Koto Kampar, Indrapura–Kisaran, Binjai–Langsa, Kuala Tanjung–Tebing Tinggi–Parapat, and Sigli–Banda Aceh toll roads.

Iwan said the company’s commitment to customer service would extend beyond National Customer Day.

“Every interaction and piece of feedback from road users becomes an input for us to strengthen operational readiness, improve facilities, and introduce service innovations that are increasingly relevant,” he said.

Hutama Karya said it would continue to develop its toll road network not only as transportation infrastructure but also as a public service space that prioritizes safety, comfort and community needs.

The company also urged road users to ensure that both their vehicles and drivers are in good condition before traveling, check their electronic money card balances before entering toll roads, follow traffic signs and officers’ instructions, and take a break at rest areas whenever they feel tired.
