Alleged Indecent Video of Ride-Hailing Driver and Foreign Woman Goes Viral, Suspect Secured by Police

BALINEWSID.COM, DENPASAR – A video allegedly showing indecent acts involving a ride-hailing motorcycle driver and a foreign woman has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread public discussion.

The man believed to be featured in the video has reportedly been secured by the police. The information was conveyed by Head of Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement Section (Inteldakim) at the Denpasar Class I Immigration Office, Ida Bagus Made Suandita, when confirmed on Sunday (March 15, 2026).

“Based on the information I received, the individual has been secured by the Badung Police on Friday,” said Suandita, who is widely known as Gusde.

When asked further about the identity of the foreign woman believed to be involved in the video, he stated that he did not have detailed information regarding the viral case.

Meanwhile, the Badung Police confirmed that they are still verifying the case. A public relations officer at the Badung Police, Ayu Inez D’ Pandiga, said she would first check with the leadership regarding the development of the viral case.

“Please wait, I will ask first,” she said briefly when contacted on Sunday evening (March 15, 2026). As of the time this report was published, the Badung Police had not yet provided further clarification.

Three Videos Circulating on Social Media

Earlier, at least three videos circulated on the social media platform X showing interactions between a ride-hailing motorcycle driver and a long-haired foreign woman.

In the first video, the driver is seen transporting the foreign female passenger, allegedly heading to her residence. The trip appears to pass through an area with buildings featuring typical Balinese architectural characteristics.

Upon arriving at a building believed to be a residence or villa, the woman gets off the motorcycle and invites the driver to enter the property.

The circulating video reportedly contains inappropriate scenes allegedly involving the two individuals and is said to have a duration of about 17 minutes.

The video is suspected to have been recorded using the woman’s mobile phone. In the footage, the driver is still seen wearing his work attributes, including a helmet, mask, and sunglasses.

Another circulating video allegedly shows inappropriate behavior involving the foreign woman and the driver while riding the motorcycle on the road. The footage drew strong reactions from netizens who considered the act dangerous and potentially damaging to Bali’s tourism image.

A third video reportedly shows the foreign woman receiving a package from the ride-hailing driver in an indecent condition.

Identity of Foreign Woman Still Unclear

Until now, it remains unclear when and where the videos were recorded. However, their rapid spread has made them one of the most widely discussed topics on social media.

Among netizens, speculation has emerged regarding the nationality of the woman allegedly involved in the video. Some claim she is from Russia, while others suggest she may be from Australia.

Based on traces circulating on social media, the woman is suspected to have an Instagram account under the name @callmeslo. The profile describes the account holder as an artist who frequently shares photos and bold poses.

The viral videos have triggered various reactions from the public. Some netizens highlighted the moral and ethical aspects of the incident, while others questioned its potential impact on Bali’s image as an international tourism destination.
